"Slow scrolling on long key press" bug

Steps to reproduce:
1. Activate "Slow scrolling on long key press".
2. Go to "Fit Landscape" and activate "Under Width" and "Over width".
3. Load a landscape image and other images.
4. Press down arrow key when viewing the landscape image (the down arrow key has to be the selected key to scroll down).

Then the program brings you to the next page instead of scrolling down. If the key press is long, it does the down scrolling, but the moment you stop pressing the key, the program brings you to the next page. These two situations happen as well when scrolling up (in this case it brings you to the previous page obviously).

The number "Scrolling attempts before changing page" is set to doesn't matter. I have it set to a high number, but the bug happens as well.

The number "Scroll size" is set to doesn't matter. Whether it is 1, 200 or 2000, the problem happens.

The problem doesn't happen with the mouse wheel (slow scrolling is not for the mouse wheel anyway, just saying).

Windows 7 64 bits and CDisplayEx 1.10.29 Win64 here, by the way.

I also identified the same bug, in these same conditions. Just I believe that behavior described below may be normal:

"If the key press is long, it does the down scrolling, but the moment you stop pressing the key, the program brings you to the next page."
