First off: Can/is CDisplayEX portable?
If no: Will you try and make it, or at least a version of it?
If yes: Thank you for telling me.

From what i can tell it is. But it looks like i have to use another program to make it portable.

Thank you for your time.

It is already portable, when the application is not installed in "program file", it create a local config file.
I think I should create a portable profile in installer to prevent adding uninstaller and shell extension.
The only problem is on Windows XP < SP3, it is needed to install WIC redistribuables.
The option "Clear history when application close" should be checked in the context of portable application.
I will try to make necessary changes in the next release.

This is how to intall CDisplayEx as a portable app.

Launch installer and change the default install path to your USB key for example
In the components to install you have to uncheck:
- Uninstallable
- File association
- Thumbnails in Explorer

Finish installation and it will be portable.

Using the portable version now, works perfectly! Great addition you made Henri by including the "Uninstallable" option.
Great work.
