Stuck on "Install Additional Software"

This is a little bizarre. I've installed cdisplayex a while ago on my laptop with no problems. Tried to get it on my desktop today and it refuses to get past that stage. Ran as admin, tried it in different drives, selecting and unselecting various options, but to no avail. All I get is this:



Clicking next doesn't do anything except sometimes graying out the back button (which still works even when grayed out). Any ideas on what's going on? I'm running Windows 7 if that helps at all.

Edit: Seems I was running the 32 bit downloader not the 64 bit downloader. Sadly, changing this still had no effect.

Make an exception for the installer in your firewall and it should then work.
